1. DESCRIPTION

a – Function

The Solenoid valve P/N EV6016-0-00C or EV6016-1-00 (11HA) is part of the Engine Bleed Air System of the Airbus A319 and 318 A/C.

This component is electrically controlled to ensure the HPV (4001 HA) closure in certain flight configuration by venting the HPV (4001 HA) / PRV (4000 HA) sense line.

b – Full description

The solenoid valve is an assembly that includes one piece only. It cannot be disassembly and has these mains components:

– a solenoid (1)

– a electric connector (2)

– a pressure port (3)

– a fixing plate (4)

九、在飞机系统中的工作原理及互联

A solenoid valve which allows the air in the sense line between the PRV and the HPV to vent to the atmosphere. This causes the HPV to close.

一个电磁阀,允许PRV与HPV之间感应管路中的空气向大气排放。这将导致HPV关闭。

A solenoid is installed on a bracket in each pylon. It is connected by a sense line to the HPV-PRV coupling sense line. When the engine is used with the old engine bleed air design, the Thrust Specific Fuel Consumption (TSFC) increases. This is because of low IP engine pressures give permanent HP bleed.

To avoid this, during cruise with normal bleed condition:

– Wing Anti-Icing (WAI) not selected ON,

– Normal bleed configuration (2 bleeds, 2 packs),

– Ps3 more than or equal to 85 psig,

– P0<7.65 psig.

The solenoid is energized by the Bleed monitoring computer (BMC). It opens to ambient the HPV-PRV coupling sense line which lets HPV controlled close pneumatically.

每个发动机吊架上均安装有电磁阀,其通过感应管路连接至HPV-PRV联接感应管路。当发动机采用老版引气设计时,推力比燃料消耗量(TSFC)将增加。这是由于低的IP进气压力导致高压引气永久开启。

Solenoid HP Bleed

(1) Solenoid HP Bleed Override (Ref. Fig. 021A)

(a) Although allowing the air bleed on the IP port of the engine, the solenoid when energized permits to control closure of the HP Bleed Valve.

(b) Operation

The unit comprises a solenoid actuated valve, with spring return. When the unit is de-energized, the valve seals the HPV to PRV sense line, the internal parts of the solenoid are at atmospheric pressure.Energizing the unit opens the valve allowing air to flow from the HPV to PRV sense line to atmosphere.
