七、部件原理
1. General
The passenger door damper actuator installed on the passenger doors of the AIRBUS aircraft is intended for:
– slowing down the door at the end of its travel,
– ensuring door opening in all conditions.
It operates as a damper when opening or shutting the door under normal condition, and as an actuator when opening of the door is made impossible due to an external event.

2.Description and operation (Refer to Figure 1)

A. Actuator Body and Piston
The actuator body includes a clevis to attach it on door arm and bosses on which the pneumatic assembly is secured. Three vent holes in the body allow to shut the door after an emergency opening. The piston includes a ball end for attachment to door arm. The two chambers containing the hydraulic damping fluid are installed on main piston.

B. Damping system
Damping systems installed on main piston, slow down it on stroke end on opening or shutting of the door. The force of the impact on the fuselage is by this means, limited to an acceptable level. This damping action is produced by throttling of an hydraulic fluid. The damping in the door opening direction is a two stages damping action depending on the force of arrival of the hydraulic fluid in the damping chamber. In the door closing direction the force remains constant.

C. Percussion Mechanism and Accumulator Assembly.
This unit allows to open the door when the manual opening is made impossible by a too high antagonistic force. When the door is opened in emergency condition by the flight personnel using the door opening handle a hammer comes to strike a puncher which perforates a diaphragm. This allows the nitrogen contained in a bottle to enter the rear chamber of the actuator which is then energized and opens the door. The pneumatic assembly also includes a valve to fill the bottle and a pressure gauge to ensure the nitrogen pressure remains correct. A safety device permits to set the actuator in armed or disarmed position with the red flagged pin. A shear pin prevents the inadvertent percussion due to vibrations. It must be replaced after each emergency opening.
C. 冲击机构与蓄压瓶组件

九、在飞机系统中的功能及其互联
1 . General
The doors are installed in the aircraft to give you access to the different compartments. Each door has a special function. There are:
– doors used as an entrance and an exit for the passengers and the crew,
– doors which are used for the loading and unloading of cargo and baggage,
– doors which are used for maintenance,
– some internal doors,
– miscellaneous doors.
You can operate the doors mechanically or hydraulically. All external doors are in line with the fuselage when they are closed. The aircraft has a Doors and Escape Slides Control System (DSCS) which monitors the position of some of the doors. Mechanical indicators are also installed on some doors. They show the CLOSED/LOCKED or UNLOCKED position of the related door.

A. Passenger/Crew Doors
The aircraft has six passenger/crew doors, three on each side of the cabin. These doors are called:

– AFT passenger/crew doors (door 4L/Z833 and door 4R/Z843).

1 . General
The aircraft has six passenger/crew doors (referred to as door), three on each side of the cabin.
They have the subsequent locations:
– LH FWD door (1L/Z831) and RH FWD door (1R/Z841) between FR 14 and FR16A,
– LH MID door (2L/Z832) and RH MID door (2R/Z842) between FR 33 and FR 36,
– LH AFT door (4L/Z833) and RH AFT door (4R/Z843) between FR 73A and FR 75A.
They are used as entrance and exit doors for the passengers and the crew. The passenger/crew doors are of the plug-type design and open out and parallel to the fuselage. You can operate them from the inside and the outside of the aircraft. Each passenger/crew door has an escape facility which is kept in a container in the lower part of the door.

2 . Component Location (Ref. Fig. 001)
The passenger/crew doors which are installed in the aircraft are:
– two FWD passenger/crew doors (1L/1R) (Ref. 52-11-00),
– two MID passenger/crew doors (2L/2R) (Ref. 52-12-00),
– two AFT passenger/crew doors (4L/4R) (Ref. 52-13-00).

3 . Description
A. FWD Passenger/Crew Doors (1L/1R)
The aircraft has two FWD passenger/crew doors, one on each side of the cabin. They are installed in Zone 220 between FR14 and FR16A. The FWD passenger/crew doors are of the plug-type design and open out and parallel to the fuselage. They give you access to the FWD cabin area. You can operate them from the inside and the outside of the aircraft.
B. MID Passenger/Crew Doors (2L/2R)
The aircraft has two MID passenger/crew doors, one on each side of the cabin. They are installed in Zone 240 between FR33 and FR35A. The MID passenger/crew doors are of the plug-type design and open out and parallel to the fuselage. They give you access to the MID cabin area. You can operate them from the inside and the outside of the aircraft.
C. AFT Passenger/Crew Doors (4L/4R)
The aircraft has two AFT passenger/crew doors, one on each side of the cabin. They are installed in Zone 270 between FR73A and FR75A. The AFT passenger/crew doors are of the plug-type design and open out and parallel to the fuselage. They give you access to the AFT cabin area. You can operate them from the inside and the outside of the aircraft.

4 . Component Description
All of the passenger/crew doors have the same structure and mechanisms. The passenger/crew doors on the right of the fuselage are a mirror-image of those on the left. The geometry of the FWD passenger/crew doors is different from that of the MID and the AFT passenger/crew doors (which have the same geometry).
The passenger/crew doors are of a fail-safe plug-type design. They open out and parallel to the fuselage. An emergency escape facility is kept in a container which is attached to the lower part of each passenger/crew door.
4. 部件说明

5 . Operation
Each passenger/crew door has two operation modes:
– normal operation,
– emergency operation.
Normal operation of the passenger/crew doors is possible from the inside and from the outside of the aircraft.
Emergency operation of the passenger/crew doors is only possible from the inside of the aircraft. An attempted emergency operation from the outside of the cabin causes a normal operation of the door.
5. 操作
每扇乘客/机组门有两种操作模式:

F. Door Damper and Emergency Operation Cylinder (Ref. Fig. 008)
A door damper and emergency operation cylinder (referred to as the damper cylinder) is attached to the support arm. Its primary components are:
– a body with hydraulic damping system
– an operating rod
– a percussion mechanism
– a shear pin
– a gas cylinder
– a pressure gage
– a charging valve.
The damper cylinder has a pressure gage, which is temperature compensated. It indicates the pressure in the gas cylinder. If the pressure is too low you can refill the cylinder through the charging valve.
The Cabin Intercommunication Data System (CIDS) (Ref. 23-73-00) also monitors the pressure in the cylinder. If there is a low pressure an indication is given on the DOORS/SLIDES page of the Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) (Ref. 52-71-00).
The damper cylinder has two functions:
(1) Normal Operation
During normal operation of the passenger door, it controls the speed at which the door moves (this is important if the wind speed is high).
(2) Emergency Operation
During emergency operation, the door damper helps to open the door (the door damper is then an actuator).
F. 门阻尼器及应急操作缸(见图008)
门阻尼器及应急操作缸(简称阻尼缸)安装在支撑臂上。其主要组成部分包括:
