民用飞机旅客氧气系统为连续型供氧系统,由氧气瓶或化学式氧气发生器供氧,可以向旅客和客舱乘务员提供应急氧气。化学式旅客氧气系统由位于旅客服务组件(PSU)上独立的化学氧气发生器提供。氧气系统由若干个独立的供氧组件构成,每个供氧组件主要由一个氧气发生器、管路和几个氧气面罩等组成。氧气是由安装在特定容器内的专用化学氧气发生器提供,每个发生器可供氧给 2~4 个面罩。氧气发生器位于乘客座椅上方、卫生间内、各个厨房(选装)及每个客舱乘务员工作处的服务组件内。带两个面罩的发生器则位于每个乘务员工作位上方和每个盥洗室内。
The passenger oxygen system of civil aircraft is a continuous oxygen supply system, which is supplied by oxygen cylinders or chemical oxygen generators, and can provide emergency oxygen to passengers and cabin attendants. The chemical passenger oxygen system is provided by an independent chemical oxygen generator located on the passenger service unit (PSU). The oxygen system is composed of several independent oxygen supply components, each of which is mainly composed of an oxygen generator, pipeline and several oxygen masks, as shown in Figure 8.3.2. Oxygen is provided by a special chemical oxygen generator installed in a specific container. Each generator can supply oxygen to 2 to 4 masks. The oxygen generator is located above the passenger seat, in the lavatory, in each kitchen (optional) and in the service components of each cabin crew’s work place. The generator with two masks is located above each attendant’s work position and in each lavatory.
旅客氧气面罩采用的是开放式供氧面罩,这类面罩与连续式供氧调节器配套使用。杯子形的橡皮模压件,柔软,以便每个人都能适用,这类面罩与连续式供氧调节器配套使用。氧气面罩是通过一根细长的橡胶供氧管和卡口接头连到氧气发生器上。氧气连续流到面罩的储气袋里,储气袋先储气,然后胀大时,可容纳一定量的氧气。氧气系统启动时,氧气面罩从存放箱中掉下,用力拉下组件上任何一个面罩时,该组件所有面罩都掉下。同时面罩和氧气发生器之间有一根系紧细绳,拉动氧气面罩时,此绳可触发氧气发生器,并向所有面罩输入 100%的氧气,旅客将氧气面罩罩在口鼻处就可以进行正常呼吸。系统启动后,旅客氧气接通(PASS OXY ON)灯亮,主注意(MASTER CAUTION)系统的顶板信号牌亮。当氧气发生器工作后,供氧量以预定的速度进行,供氧时间为 12 分钟(或 22 分钟)。
The passenger oxygen mask is an open oxygen supply mask, which is used together with the continuous oxygen supply regulator. The cup-shaped rubber molding is soft, so that everyone can apply it. This kind of mask is used together with the continuous oxygen supply regulator. The oxygen mask is connected to the oxygen generator through a slender rubber oxygen supply pipe and bayonet connector. The oxygen continuously flows into the gas storage bag of the mask. The gas storage bag first stores the gas, and then when it expands, it can hold a certain amount of oxygen. When the oxygen system is started, the oxygen mask falls from the storage box. When any mask on the module is pulled down, all masks of the module fall down. At the same time, there is a tight rope between the mask and the oxygen generator. When the oxygen mask is pulled, this rope can trigger the oxygen generator and input 100% oxygen to all masks. Passengers can breathe normally by putting the oxygen mask at the mouth and nose. After the system is started, the PASS OXY ON light is on, and the roof signal board of the MASTER CAUTION system is on. When the oxygen generator is working, the oxygen supply is carried out at a predetermined speed, and the oxygen supply time is 12 minutes (or 22 minutes).
