七、部件原理
压差开关主要是感应法兰组件的两个压力口,这两股压力口的压力作用在压差开关的膜片两侧,当两股压力的差值达到设定值时,膜片推动膜片运动,最终通过作动杆按压微动开关,改变微动开关的接通状态,从而产生电信号传递给飞机显示系统。

Operation (Refer to Fig. 3)
(1) When the differential pressure is less than the calibration pressure the circuit is:
– Open between pins B and C,
– Closed between pins A and C.
(2) When the differential pressure is higher than the calibration pressure the circuit is:
– Open between pins A and C,
– Closed between pins B and C.
工作(参见图3):
(1) 当差压低于校准压力时,电路状态为:
– B与C插针间断开,
– A与C插针间闭合。
(2) 当差压高于校准压力时,电路状态为:
– A与C插针间断开,
– B与C插针间闭合。

九、在飞机系统中的工作原理及互联
压差开关是空客A320 舱门报警系统的一个部件,安装在飞机客舱门和应急门位置,用来监控飞机内部和外部大气的压差,当飞机落地发动机关闭后,如果飞机舱内压力超过舱外2.5mbar,该压差开关向客舱压力警告灯面板发送信号,客舱压力警告灯面板闪烁,提示机组此时不能打开舱门。
