七、部件原理
压差开关主要是感应法兰组件的两个压力口,这两股压力口的压力作用在压差开关的膜片两侧,当两股压力的差值达到设定值时,膜片推动膜片运动,最终通过作动杆按压微动开关,改变微动开关的接通状态,从而产生电信号传递给飞机显示系统。
Operation (Refer to Fig. 4)
(1) When the differential pressure is less than the calibration pressure the circuit is:
– Open between pins B and C,
– Closed between pins A and C.
(2) When the differential pressure is higher than the calibration pressure the circuit is:
– Open between pins A and C,
– Closed between pins B and C.
工作(参见图4):
(1) 当差压低于校准压力时,电路状态为:
– B与C插针间断开,
– A与C插针间闭合。
(2) 当差压高于校准压力时,电路状态为:
– A与C插针间断开,
– B与C插针间闭合。

九、在飞机系统中的工作原理及互联
压差开关安装在空客A320 空调系统的电子舱通风系统中,一架飞机安装3 个压差开关,两个安装在鼓风系统中,一个安装在抽气系统中,通过鼓入冷风、抽走热空气将电子舱内热量带走,从而冷却电子舱。压差开关感受电子舱内外压差,当压差超过规定值时,压差开关内部电路改变状态,从而指示出电子通风系统存在故障。

8 个主区域是用3 位数来表示。第一个数字是1 到8 之间的数字,后面是2 个0。主区域100 是机身的下半部,200 是机身的上半部,300 是尾部,尾部覆盖了后机身,水平和垂直安定面。主区域400 是动力装置和短舱,500 是左机翼,600 是右机翼。主区域700 是起落架和起落架舱门,800 是舱门。
