Structure and Content of FCOM
飞行机组操作手册是对已认可的《飞机飞行手册》的一个补充，是飞行机组操作飞机的支持文件。手册所含数据与《飞机飞行手册》里的数据力求保持一致，如有不一致，应以《飞机飞行手册》为准。飞行机组操作手册（FCOM）与快速检查单（QRH）是专为飞行机组提供飞机的技术、程序和性能方面的信息，保证飞机在地面或空中正常和/或非正常/紧急情况下安全有效的飞行。但是手册不提供基础的飞机飞行技术，而是提供给已接受过此类机型训练，熟练飞机性能操作的飞行成员。
The flight crew operation manual is a supplement to the approved Flight Manual and a supporting document for the flight crew to operate the aircraft. The data contained in the manual shall be consistent with the data in the Flight Manual. In case of any inconsistency, the Flight Manual shall prevail. The Flight Crew Operation Manual (FCOM) and Quick Reference Handbook (QRH) are designed to provide the flight crew with information on the technology, procedures and performance of the aircraft to ensure the safe and effective flight of the aircraft under normal and/or abnormal/emergency conditions on the ground or in the air. However, the manual does not provide basic aircraft flight technology, but is provided to flight members who have received training in this type of aircraft and are skilled in aircraft performance operation.
FCOM 主要有以下几部分内容：

（1）前言
Preface
介绍有关手册编写的目的、手册结构和内容的一般性常识、缩写词、更新记录、使用手册通告记录和有效页面清单等。
Introduce the general knowledge, abbreviations, update records, notice records and list of effective pages about the purpose, structure and content of the manual.
（2）限制
restrictions
飞机的使用限制包括飞机概况、重量限制、自动飞行、通信、发动机、飞行操纵、飞行仪表和显示、燃油和警告系统（GPWS、TCAS）等方面的限制。
The restrictions on the use of aircraft include aircraft overview, weight restrictions, automatic flight, communication, engine, flight control, flight instrument and display, fuel and warning system (GPWS, TCAS), etc.

（3）正常程序和补充程序
Normal and supplementary procedures
正常程序中所有的使用程序都是在透彻分析飞行机组操纵飞机所需动作的基础上制定的，反映了飞机制造厂商最新可用的理论知识和使用经验。补充程序主要是介绍每次飞行中按需完成而非例行完成的程序。
All the use procedures in the normal procedures are formulated on the basis of thorough analysis of the actions required by the flight crew to control the aircraft, reflecting the latest available theoretical knowledge and use experience of the aircraft manufacturer. The supplementary procedure mainly introduces the procedure to be completed on demand rather than routine in each flight.
（4）性能
Performance
性能包括签派放行性能和飞行中的性能。签派放行性能是介绍签派放行阶段所需的性能资料；飞行中性能介绍飞行中所需的性能资料。
Performance includes dispatch release performance and in-flight performance. Dispatch release performance is to introduce the performance data required in dispatch release; In-flight performance describes the performance data required during flight.
（5）飞机系统说明
Aircraft system description
主要介绍有关飞机系统的一般性内容。每一章还包括系统的控制指示和系统说明等内容。
It mainly introduces the general contents of aircraft system. Each chapter also includes system control instructions and system descriptions.
有些 FCOM 还涵盖了《快速检查单》（QRH），包括正常检查单、非正常检查单、使用信息、便于飞行中使用需要的性能信息以及机动。
Some FCOMs also include Quick Reference Handbook (QRH), including normal check list, abnormal check list, use information, performance information required for convenient use in flight, and maneuver.
