A. General Description
概述
The Check Valve is installed on the aircraft engine air bleed system. On the engine IP (Intermediate Pressure) bleed line, it prevents bleed air from HP (High Pressure) stage from being returned towards IP stage when pressure IP is sufficiently high.
单向活门安装在飞机发动机的引气系统上。在发动机IP(中间压力)引气管路上,当IP压力足够高时,它可防止来自HP(高压)级的引气返流到IP级。
B.Detailed Description (Refer to Fig FUNC-2 and Fig FUNC-3. )
The Check Valve of double-flap type mainly has:
– A housing (01, 120) made of heat resisting stainless steel casting (Effectivity to 2290 Type) and made of INCONEL Material (Effectivity to 2293 Type). Body is machined with a kidney slot that gives the angular position of unit upon installation.
– Two flaps assy (01, 040) made of Inconel material. Bushings made of copper-based alloy are press fitted into flaps.
– A common axle (01, 010) supports the two Flaps assy (01, 040). The axle (01, 010) has a chrome-plated stainless steel axle press-fitted into a threaded plug.
– A flange bush (01, 110) installed into the lower bore of housing (01, 120) accommodates the tip of axle (01, 010).
– A Stop assy(01, 070), which prevents the two Flaps assy (01, 040) to move on a same side to avoid the loss of the non-return function.

双阀板式单向活门主要包含以下部件:
–由耐热不锈钢铸件(有效性2290)和INCONEL材质(有效性2293型)制成的壳体(01、120)。壳体加工有腰形槽,确保安装后装置的正确角度位置。
–两个INCONEL材质的阀板组件(01、040),其衬套采用铜基合金压入式装配(过盈配合)。
–共用轴(01、010)支撑两个阀板组件(01、040),轴(01、010)为镀铬不锈钢材质,通过压入螺纹塞的方式固定。
–安装在壳体(01、120)下孔的法兰衬套(01、110)用于容纳轴端(01、010)。
–限位组件(01、070)防止两个阀板组件(01、040)在同一侧移动,从而避免反流功能失效。

A. Operation Description
操作描述
With a downstream return pressure, the flaps of Check Valve are held in their closed position against the seat machined in body and thus prevent Check Valve downstream pressure (HP (High Pressure) bleed air pressure) from being returned towards the upstream side of check valve (towards engine IP (Intermediate Pressure) stage). With a slight pressure supply, flaps turn around their shaft in the opening position and let bleed air go into the air bleed system. In the full open position, the angular displacement of flaps is stopped by stop, to prevent flaps to move on a same side and thus to hold the check-valve non-return function.
当存在下游反流时,单向活门的阀板会紧贴主体的阀座保持关闭状态,从而阻止单向活门下游高压回流空气(HP回流)逆向返回至单向活门上游侧(即发动机中压级IP)。当施加轻微压力时,阀板会绕轴旋转至开启位置,使回流空气进入引气系统。在全开状态下,阀板的角位移会被限位装置限位,防止其在同一侧持续移动,从而确保单向活门的单向阻断功能正常运作。

1 . General
The purpose of the engine bleed air supply system is to:
– select one of the two different compressor stages of the engine HP compressor in agreement with the supplied pressure
– regulate the bleed air pressure in order to prevent too high pressures
– regulate the bleed air temperature in order to prevent too high temperatures.
1.概述
发动机引气供应系统的目的如下:
-根据所提供的压力,选择发动机高压压缩机的两个不同压缩机级中的一个
-调节引气压力,以防止压力过高
-调节引气温度,以防止温度过高。
When the HP bleed valve is closed, air is directly bled from the IP stage through an IP bleed check valve (7110HM), fitted with two flappers.When the HP bleed valve is open, the HP stage pressure is admitted into the pneumatic ducting and closes the IP bleed check valve. Air is then bled from the HP stage only.
当高压活门关闭时,空气直接从IP级通过IP单向活门(7110HM)引气,该单向活门配有两片挡板(活门板)。当高压活门打开时,高压级压力被引入气动管道并关闭IP单向活门。此时,空气仅从高压级引气。
